The 2018 Youth & Junior IABT / IABT Multisport Racing Tri-Conference®/Expo*Event founded by Ironman, Marathoner, Endurance Athlete, USA Triathlon Certified Race Director, Level 1, Youth & Junior and Youth & Junior ELITE Coach, Dr. Tekemia Dorsey. Dr. Dorsey has 25 years in the sporting industry and has coached on multiple levels including high school, recreations and parks, social club, athletic entities, etc. Dorsey has worked in key management positions for several local organizations since the early 90’s. Dorsey is a local, state and national level multisport championship coach.

Dr. Tekemia Dorsey is the CEO of the International Association of Black Triathletes, and Owner of IABT MultiSport Racing. Dr. Dorsey is the founder of the 2018 “Youth & Junior TRI-Conference®/EXPO*Event!” She also serves as Commissioner of Co-Ed Christian Softball League and is the former CEO of The Creative GRP, LLC. Under Dorsey’s leadership, The Creative GRP, LLC is the 7-time recipient of the Best of Baltimore Small Business Consulting Award; the 2016 Recipient of the USCA Best of Baltimore Training Award; and was inducted into The Best of Baltimore Business Hall of Fame. Dorsey is also the founder of the Dr. Tekemia Dorsey’s (DTD) Institute 2 Transform Leaders.
Dr. Dorsey received her Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and Masters of Education in Guidance & Counseling from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Using her leadership principles and core pillars, Dr. Dorsey has become an established, best-selling and awarding winner author and business professional, keynote speaker, facilitator/workshop presenter, curriculum specialist, publisher, professor, entrepreneur, radio show host, executive leadership trainer/coach, community activist, athlete and Child of God. She is a well-rounded athlete as a runner (marathoner), duathlete, triathlete, and an IRONMAN.
